We’ll deliver anywhere in US. All of your orders will be dispatched within 7-10 business days of order placement and some order might take 15-25 business days.

We send your shipment out with some of the most reputed national couriers like FedEx, UPS, Purolator etc  and other couriers (where FedEx, UPS etc don’t ship goods) to ensure that you receive your products at the earliest and in good condition

The products ordered can be expected to be delivered within 7-10 days in major metro cities and can take anywhere between 8-12 days for other locations, from the time the order is confirmed and some order might take 15-25 business day. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
We will keep you informed on the status of your order including delays if any. You can refer to “Track my order” to see status on your order.

Product Availability

We make an earnest effort to make sure that products listed on our website is available in stock and that the prices shown are correct. In the unlikely event when we’re not able to send your order or replacement due to unavailability of the product in our warehouse, we will inform you within 24-48 hours from the date you place the order.


We will be able to accept order exchange or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery. In unavoidable situations, (amount charged) will be charged as cancellation fees if shipment is processed from total order value.

Return and Refund Policy

We have a very easy, hassle free return policy. If the product is damaged we will replace the products, provided the product is unused, unworn, unwashed with all tags attached in the original box packing within 14 days of delivery for an exchange.

Note: – We do not have “Money Refund Policy”. Right now our policy does not allow you to exchange the product you ordered for a completely different product. You can change the size for a different size if the size you ordered does not fit you.

What are the items/services that cannot be returned?

As per the latest product range all products can be returned (This can be changed without prior notice).

Who pays for return shipping?

If you are returning a purchase and if the product size is an issue, exchanges will be paid by the customer (courier charges) and we send the replaced size free of cost.

We will process your return within 7-10 working days of receiving your shipment. Our quality team will check the products to ensure they comply with our returns guidelines.

In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately.

In the event that the received product is damaged the cost of shipping will be paid by the Company (receiving the product from customer and delivering it again).

Customer will have to raise call on our customer care number and mail us at for returning the damaged product along with the images of damaged products. The Company will then guide the customer about the return process.

The returned damaged product will be first inspected by the quality team for genuine damages and the Company will then proceed for replacement.

The charges for shipping the damaged product will be borne by the Company for both pickup of damaged product (from the customer) and drop (for resending the product to customer).

How do I return something?

Check that the items you’re intending to return meet our returns guidelines.

Then follow these instructions to request a return:

Step 1: Put the item(s) you intend to return along with the original invoice, product tags and product packaging in a shipping box

Step2: Seal the box securely with a tape.

Step 3: Send us the packed box through your preferred courier service.

Step 4: Send us an email at to inform us about the returns shipment. Please include your original order ID number in the email. After we have received your returns shipment, we will notify you via e-mail and you can Exchange other product for the same value or we will re-send proper product.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
